I believe that therapy should be accessible, and work with several insurance companies to help create consistent, financially-viable routines of support for clients. I also file insurance claims for clients to help reduce the executive load of managing therapy-associated paperwork!

I accept (or am in the process of accepting!) the following insurance plans:

• AETNA Plans

• Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plans (Anthem, Blue Options, Blue Advantage)

• BCBS Blue Care HMO Plans

• BCBS Blue Value Plans

• NC State Employee’s Health Plan

• United Healthcare/Optum Health (Anticipated April 2026)

Please note that I am not in network with other BCBS limited network plans (for example, Healthy Blue, Blue Home with Novant Health, Blue Home with UNC Health Alliance, and Blue Local) or BCBS, Cigna, or AETNA Medicare plans.

I also offer private pay options at a rate of $200/55 minutes, and will happily create superbills for clients to submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement, if available!

Additionally, I offer limited sliding-scale spaces, am happy to discuss what is tenable for clients for whom the cost of therapy is a barrier to care.
